GWT X records, reviews and routes concerns to the appropriate responsible person. Urgent safety or equipment situations must also be handled through the responsible local operator or authorised professional.

The concern is logged, acknowledged where appropriate, reviewed by the relevant function and answered with an outcome or next step. Complex or partner-related matters can require additional time.
Privacy and security matters
Label privacy or security reports clearly. Do not include credentials, exploit data, guest details or exact itineraries in an initial message; we will arrange a safer channel if needed.
External rights
Nothing in this process removes a right to contact a competent regulator, consumer body, court or emergency service where applicable.
