Technical interventions

GWT X may help distinguish a water-chemistry issue from a mechanical or equipment issue. Where available, a separate on-site intervention can be coordinated with a locally recognised partner.
Every intervention requires a separate request, scope, availability check and quotation. Country, distance, access, labour, parts, products, laboratories, logistics, taxes and partner costs may affect the quotation.
Classification first
The platform can indicate whether evidence is more consistent with a chemistry route, a mechanical route or a need for further verification. This is decision support, not a remote guarantee of root cause.
Separate request
Account chat may support technical advice, but an on-site visit is initiated only through a distinct request describing the observed issue, access conditions and required outcome.
Partner role
Where available, locally recognised independent partners may perform the agreed work. Their appointment, credentials, scheduling and local responsibilities are confirmed for the specific intervention.
Safety and authority
Customers must isolate dangerous equipment and involve the responsible local professional where safety requires it. GWT X does not authorise work that conflicts with manufacturer instructions or local law.
Separate quotation
No subscription automatically includes travel, labour, call-out, parts, consumables, freight, laboratory work, permits, taxes or third-party charges unless expressly written.
