Service terms

These terms describe the intended structure of activated GWT X services. A binding service starts only after qualification, written scope confirmation and acceptance of the applicable commercial documents.
The selected plan, pools, authorised users, communication route, review intensity, responsibilities, limits and payment cycle are recorded during activation.
Activation and scope
Waitlist registration is not activation. Service begins only after written confirmation of the plan, covered pools, onboarding requirements, authorised users, payment and start date.
Decision support
GWT X organises measurements, context and equipment signals into decision support. It does not replace competent on-site verification, statutory testing, installed safety systems or responsible operational authority.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate readings and context, follow agreed measurement methods, protect account access, verify instructions against local rules and promptly report abnormal conditions or equipment faults.
Service levels and suspension
Response windows, review frequency and inclusions depend on the accepted plan. Access may be limited or suspended for safety, misuse, non-payment, incomplete information, maintenance or legal requirements.
Renewal and ending
Billing, renewal, cancellation, handover, exports and termination effects are set out in the accepted order or agreement. Separately commissioned work remains payable.
