Waitlist policy

Every new request enters a controlled waitlist. During launch GWT X activates no more than 10 new accounts per week, subject to qualification, operational fit and available expert capacity.
A request reference confirms receipt only. It is not an immediate activation, service-level commitment, guaranteed acceptance or guaranteed place in a particular week.
Controlled intake
Every request is recorded before follow-up. During launch, activation is deliberately limited to no more than 10 new accounts per week so professional supervision remains credible.
Qualification
GWT X may consider service fit, supplied context, risk, geography, partner availability, operational readiness and expert capacity. Submission order alone does not guarantee activation order.
Communication
A reference confirms receipt. GWT X may request clarification, propose a later intake window, offer a different scope or decline a request that cannot be supported responsibly.
No service before activation
The waitlist does not create an account, diagnosis, response-time commitment, reservation, contract or entitlement to advice.
Removal and accuracy
Applicants can ask to update or withdraw a request. Duplicate, false, abusive or unverifiable submissions may be closed.
