Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you order.

Product, use, pricing and supply information in one place.

01

Is distilled water sterile?

Not necessarily. GWT X Distilled Water is not sold or certified as sterile. A user requiring sterile water must carry out and validate the treatment and controls required for that application.

02

Can it be used as eyewash?

Not directly. Eye irrigation requires a product and process that meet the applicable sterile ophthalmic requirements. The standard GWT X product is not supplied as ready-to-use sterile eyewash.

03

Can it be used for wounds or internal applications?

Not directly where sterile or medically qualified water is required. The responsible professional must apply and validate the required process before use.

04

Can I use it in a radiator?

It can be used for compatible flushing or coolant preparation when the vehicle or coolant manufacturer specifies it. It does not automatically replace the required coolant.

05

Is it laboratory grade?

It is distilled water with a typical TDS reference, but is not sold as a certified laboratory, pharmaceutical or sterile grade. The laboratory must validate suitability.

06

Why is the price lower from 100 L?

Packaging mix, handling, recurrence and delivery change the cost. Orders from 100 L enter the volume-pricing route.

07

Can GWT X export?

Yes. Packaging, freight, customs, local compliance and payment terms are assessed per destination.

08

Where is it produced?

It is produced in Calodyne, Mauritius, by ISB Trading Co Ltd. The exact production address and detailed process remain confidential for security and protection of know-how.
