1. Seller and scope
These conditions apply to sales of GWT X Distilled Water by ISB Trading Co Ltd, BRN C24211405, VAT 28292343, Mauritius, unless a signed written agreement states otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Product position
The product is distilled water with very low mineral content. Typical values are production references, not guaranteed batch limits unless confirmed in writing. The standard product is not sold as sterile, medical, pharmaceutical, food or certified laboratory grade.
3. Quotations
Website calculations and recommended retail prices are indicative and non-binding. A quotation becomes valid only when issued or confirmed by GWT X and remains valid for the period stated in it.
4. Orders and acceptance
A request, WhatsApp message, email or dealer application is not automatic acceptance. The order becomes binding when GWT X confirms it in writing and any required payment or deposit is received.
5. Prices and VAT
Prices are in Mauritian rupees unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied as shown. Dealer, volume, private-label, delivery, container and export charges are confirmed separately.
6. Payment
Accepted methods are Juice, bank transfer, cash and, for approved businesses, guaranteed bank cheque. Payment timing, deposits and any credit are specified in writing. Cheques are subject to verification. Cash payments receive a record or receipt.
7. Delivery and collection
Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. The buyer must provide safe and accurate access and inspect quantity, packaging and visible damage on receipt. The private production location is not a public collection point.
8. Risk and ownership
Risk passes as stated in the confirmed quotation or agreement. Ownership may remain with ISB Trading Co Ltd until full cleared payment. Consignment stock always remains ISB Trading Co Ltd property until sold under its separate agreement.
9. Containers and packaging
Returnable containers, drums, IBCs, deposits, collection and damage charges apply only as specified in writing. Packaging must not be reused for an incompatible or unsafe purpose.
10. Inspection and complaints
Visible shortages or damage should be reported at delivery or as soon as reasonably possible. Other complaints must include product format, quantity, purchase date, dealer or delivery reference, lot information where present, photographs where relevant and a description of the issue.
11. Storage and handling
The buyer must keep the product sealed, identified and protected from heat, sunlight, chemicals and contamination, and must follow the Product Safety & Use Notice. GWT X is not responsible for contamination or misuse after transfer, opening or unsuitable storage to the extent permitted by law.
12. Intended application
The buyer must check that the product characteristics meet the intended application and equipment instructions. Distilled water does not replace coolants, nutrients, preservatives, disinfectants or other required components.
13. Sterile or controlled applications
The standard product is not guaranteed sterile. When sterile water or a defined microbiological quality is required, the purchaser or qualified user is responsible for the necessary validated treatment, handling, testing and controls according to applicable law, standards and professional procedures before use.
14. Private labels and barcodes
Private-label production requires approval of artwork, claims, legal identity, barcode responsibility, quantity, price and lead time. The customer warrants that supplied trademarks and content may lawfully be used. GWT X may reject misleading or unsupported claims.
15. Dealers and consignments
Dealer appointment, territory, margin, stock, reporting, storage, returns and termination require a written agreement. Consignment is available only to approved dealers in Mauritius and is never created by submitting an online form.
16. Export
The buyer is responsible for destination-country permits, import rules and onward-use requirements unless the confirmed written terms allocate a duty differently. Freight, customs, insurance, currency, documents and delivery terms are agreed per order.
17. Liability
Nothing excludes liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss connected with a proven breach. GWT X is not responsible for an unsuitable application chosen without the required verification, unauthorised label claims, misuse, contamination after opening or failure to follow equipment instructions.
18. Force majeure, law and changes
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events reasonably beyond its control. Mauritius law applies, subject to mandatory rights. If one term is invalid, the remainder continues. The version accepted with an order applies to that order; later versions do not retrospectively change it.
