Who is responsible

Basis and choice

Information is processed when needed to answer a request, take steps toward a sale, perform a contract, meet legal obligations or pursue legitimate business and security interests. Optional marketing requires the appropriate choice or consent.

Sharing

Information may be shared only where necessary with authorised staff, dealers handling a referred purchase, delivery providers, professional advisers, hosting and communication providers, payment institutions or authorities where legally required. It is not sold.

Retention

Enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up and records. Quotations, orders, invoices, dealer agreements and legal records may be retained for applicable accounting, contractual and statutory periods.

International services

WhatsApp, email, hosting or other providers may process information outside Mauritius. Their own policies apply when you choose to use those services.

Dealer locator and map

The dealer locator searches a local list of Mauritius places in your browser. GWT X does not store or receive the place you enter or a temporary point you choose on the map. MapLibre is loaded with the website and OpenFreeMap supplies map tiles using OpenStreetMap data; the map provider may receive an IP address and basic browser information needed to deliver those tiles. Google Maps opens only after you deliberately select an external route link, and Google’s own terms and privacy policy then apply.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction or deletion and may object to certain processing or withdraw optional consent. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used. Privacy questions or requests should be sent to info@e-bd.group. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority where applicable.
